Do you think it would be tasteless of me to compare the SCOTUS nominee to both Chastity/Chaz Bono? (For those of you who don't follow TMZ, Chastity Bono--the daughter, now son, of Sonny and Cher Bono--officially became Chaz last week.)

My brother Scott was quick to point out the uncanny resemblance between President Obama's Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, to Kathy Bates--the sledge hammer wielding psychopath who broke James Caan's ankles in the movie Misery.
